The Georgians Nursing Home is set in the middle of Lincolnshire’s second town, historical Boston. Within walking distance to ‘The Stump’, or St Botolph’s Church, and situated just next to Central Park. We provide a good quality, friendly, caring service to our local community. We offer a reliable, dependable home-from-home, offering continuity of trained nurses and experienced carers who are there to support to you 24/7.

Our team consists of registered nurses, a care manager, senior carers, carers, a head chef, chefs, kitchen assistants, a maintenance team, administrators, finance staff, housekeepers, laundry staff and activities staff. The home is managed by our Manager who started his career as an apprentice in social care as a 15yr old at our home and then came back to us three years ago as our Care Manager.

An example of staffing levels for 40 residents includes: Day time – 1 registered nurse, 1 senior carer, 1 team leader, 6 carers, 1 activities co-ordinator, 1 personal shopper, 1 chef, 1 kitchen assistant, 4 housekeepers, 2 maintenance staff, 1 laundry assistant,1 administrator and 1 home manager. At night – 1 registered nurse, 4 carers. These figures may vary according to a recognised dependency score. This assesses each individual’s care needs and calculates the staffing requirements as a collective.
